Am I being selfish?

Hey,

Are you last on the priority list?

If you are, know that you are not alone.

It's the most common struggle that pops up with Women I work with.

After work, kids, family, and their partner most women tend to be at the bottom of the list.

This means they don't have time for themselves or their own personal goals.

As a result, they begin to suffer over the years.

"You can't pour from an empty cup".

If you don't prioritise yourself then everyone else around you starts to suffer.

Some people think that prioritising yourself is selfish.

This is a self sabotaging and limiting belief.

There's a reason why you have to put your own mask on first when there's trouble on an aeroplane.
