Self Care and Strength Training...

Hey,

Did you know 1 in 10 women over 60 is affected by osteoporosis worldwide!​

In the first 5 years after menopause, women can lose up to 10% of their bone mass density.​

This can cause many women to have serious bone breaks, a lot of pain and medical bills in the thousands in their 60s,70s and 80s.​

Ask someone who has osteoporosis what their quality of life is like and it might shock you.​

Strength training is the #1 way you can massively reduce your risks of this happening as well as save yourself a lot of pain, time and money in future.

Getting fitter, stronger and more flexible is one of the more difficult aspects of self care.

Lower anxiety.​

No lower back pain.​

The feeling of accomplishment.​

Better sleep.​

Feeling more confident wearing your favorite clothes.
